OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

Due to the State Building Code Council's (SBCC) vote on January 8, 2021 to delay the implementation date of the State Building and Fire Codes from February 1, 2021 to July 1, 2021, we are requesting a change in the implementation dates of the above ordinances to coordinate with the State Codes. These ordinances were previously approved by City Council on September 15, 2020.
