OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

The purpose of this Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) is to affirm a ten-year commitment among the cities and King County who work collaboratively on the Eastrail project to support the performance of an initial two-year Scope of Services by Eastrail Partners through funding provided by said entities.

OUTCOMES:

Eastrail Partners is a nonprofit entity who collaborate with the communities, advocate for trail funding, and mobilize the private sector to assist local governments and King County to build the envisioned fully connected 42-mile Eastrail Trail System.
