Proposed fees for 2026 must be reported to the Office of Insurance Commissioner by November 2025

ANTICIPATED RESULT IF NOT APPROVED:
Any budgeted shortfall in revenue will need to be absorbed by the General fund. To a certain extent, the City would be subsidizing the BLS transport program as well as the federal government and private for-profit health insurance providers.
