OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

Staff is requesting Council’s approval for a Consulting Services Contract with ProjecCorps in the amount of $318,500. ProjectCorp will conduct a three-phase, 20-week assessment of the Human Resource structure and processes that include discovery, current state, data gathering, payroll, structure and process analysis, and a complete prioritized roadmap.
