OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

This contract with NPM Construction in the amount of $335,338 is for construction of the Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacons project, Project No. 20022116/20022117.

Staff is also requesting Council increase the total funding for this project from $445,658 to $550,360.

OUTCOMES:

Approval of the Award of the Construction Contract is needed to accomplish the construction phase of the project. This project will improve the safety of pedestrian street crossings at NE 116th St and 159th Ave NE, Bear Creek Parkway and 159th Pl NE, and 180th Ave NE and NE 70th St.
