OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

recommendation

The Project Management and Construction Inspection and Support provided by the City for the Overlake Access Ramp project exceeded the original estimated costs outlined in Exhibit D of the Project Administration Agreement.  The proposed amendment will update Exhibit D of the original agreement to reflect the increased amount and allow the City to bill WSDOT to cover the outstanding balance for services provided.
