OUTCOMES:
The City of Redmond provides School Resource Officer services to the Lake Washington School District. The City and District agree to assign one SRO to provide school-specific services. The Police Department tracks overview data relevant to calls for service and contacts related to LWSD properties and students. SROs track data specific to SRO-student contacts on campus. Additionally, the department works directly with the LWSD to provide data and the department is creating a public facing dashboard to display data.
