Appointment and Reappointment of Lodging Tax Advisory Committee Members
OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
recommendation
Lodging Tax Advisory Committee Members are appointed by the City Council and includes one member of the City Council who serves as chair.
Appointment:
Councilmember David Carson’s term on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee expired on March 31, 2022. The Council President has nominated Councilmember Steve Fields for appointment to fill this seat.
Reappointment:
The Council appointed George Manojlovic to the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee on February 15, 2022, to serve for the remainder of an existing partial term, which expired on March 31, 2022. He is now eligible for reappointment, to serve his first full-term on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee.
