OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

A survey has been designed to collect Council feedback on the budget process, including budget prework by staff, community engagement, the preliminary budget document, budget presentations to the Council, and Council budget deliberations. The survey will be sent to the Council on October 27, feedback will be due to the Finance Director on November 30, and the results will be shared with the Council at its January 2022 Finance, Administration and Communications Committee of the Whole meeting.
