This report update provides an overview of the activities and accomplishments from 2022 for Thrive Program partners: Human Services, Homeless Outreach, Mental Health Professional, and Mobile Integrated Health. Council also requested an update on the allocation of the one-time funding of $2.5M awarded in the 2021-2022 budget.
