OUTCOMES:
This interlocal agreement transfers the authority to conduct annual inspections for code compliance and preplanning within the jurisdictional boundaries of King County Fire District 34. This is the first renewal of an existing 10-year ILA. Inspections within the Fire District reduce the risk to responders and businesses, increase safety and are in line with the Department's Standards of Cover.
