Suspension of Flock Automated License Plate Reading System (ALPRS)
OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
recommendation
At the Special Meeting on November 3, 2025, Council had asked the administration to suspend the use of the City's Flock Automated License Plate Reading System (ALPRS) pending further discussion. Since that time, the program has been paused. A Special Meeting has been called for November 12, 2025, to give the Council opportunity to take formal action to suspend the program with further discussion scheduled for November 18, 2025.
