OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
recommendation
The Eastside Transportation Partnership (ETP) has approved a revised operating agreement and requested that all parties approve the agreement (Attachment A). The current agreement will expire at the end of 2021, and King County, the lead agency, has requested approval from all parties in time for adoption by King County. Requested action is to approve the updated agreement (substantially similar to the current agreement) and authorize the Mayor to sign the form attached. The updated agreement proposes no change to the annual $100 membership fee (per voting member).
