OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

??Public Works is requesting Council to approve the final contract and accept construction for the Avondale Road Preservation project, Project No. 2120-096-02. The contract with HM Pacific Northwest, Inc had a base bid amount of $1,183,664 plus or minus change orders and bid items increases or decreases, resulting in a final contract amount of $1,019,440.

This project repaved approximately 2,240 feet of Avondale Road, from 150 ft north of Union Hill Road to NE 90th St. In addition, curb ramps within the project limits were brought up to current ADA standards.?
