OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
recommendation
Staff recommend that the City Council adopt an ordinance amending the Redmond Zoning Code (RZC) to clarify various requirements to improve usability of the RZC for staff, customers, and community members. See Attachment C, pp. 1-2, for a summary of the code amendments included in this package.

The Planning Commission reviewed and held a public hearing on this package of amendments and recommends approval.
