III. DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND
Staff provides periodic updates to the Council and community about the status of private development projects that are happening in neighborhoods across the City. This briefing will highlight:
1. 2019 Private Development projects;
2. Application types and volumes;
3. Updated notice of application format; and
4. Continued integration of private project outreach with the City’s website to connect the public more seamlessly to information on current development.
