The City recently closed its joint application process for agencies interested in receiving human services funding for the 2023-2024 biennium. This report provides an overview of the number of applications received and the amount requested from Redmond and participating cities.

The City of Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, and Issaquah contracted with Lunas Consulting to offer joint equity trainings to our respective commissions. The Redmond Human Services Commission will be using an equity-based rating tool and will begin reviewing proposals this month.
OUTCOMES:
The human services funding recommendations will be incorporated and adopted as part of the City's 2023-2024 budget process.
