The King County Regional Homelessness Authority (KCRHA) has been administering the distribution of Emergency Housing Vouchers through non-profit partners and outreach staff.
City Council is requested to take the following action:
Adopt a resolution (Attachment C) authorizing the City of Redmond to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the King County Regional Homelessness Authority to distribute emergency housing vouchers to homeless and individuals at risk of homelessness who are engaged in services through the City of Redmond Homeless Outreach Program.
