Redmond 2050: Planning Commission Recommendations for Phase 2B and Phase 2C Comprehensive Plan Elements and Critical Areas Regulations
OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

Staff recommends that the City Council discuss and provide direction on topics raised on July 2. Based on staff capacity, staff recommends organizing the July 9 and July 23 study sessions as follows:
* July 9: Land Use, Community Development and Design, and Natural Environment Element
* July 23: all other Phase 2B and Phase 2C elements
On April 24, 2024, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Capital Facilities; Utilities; Participation, Implementation, and Evaluation; and Natural Environment Elements and Critical Areas Regulations.
