OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
recommendation
The City has been awarded grant funding from the following three sources: Local Community Projects grant for $699,370 from the Department of Commerce, Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Grant of $2,130,000 via PSRC, and $1,100,000 in Congressionally Directed Spending from State Congresswoman Suzan DelBene. Council is asked to accept all of the awarded funding to complete the final construction phase of the Redmond Central Connector Phase III (RCC Phase III) and authorize the Mayor to sign the Local Agency Agreement (LAA) with WSDOT for disbursement of federal grants.
