OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
recommendation
Minor revisions to Redmond Municipal Code (RMC) Section 15.24, Clearing, Grading, and Stormwater Management, are needed to assure continued compliance with the City's 2019 Municipal Stormwater Permit (Phase II Permit) administered by the Department of Ecology. The revisions provide clarity, ensure consistency among code sections and reference documents, and update references to the appropriate version of Ecology's Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington.
