Redmond 2050: Planning Commission Recommendation for Phase 2C Comprehensive Plan Elements

OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council provide direction for topics or issues to discuss at its July 9 and July 23 study sessions concerning the Planning Commission's recommendations for Phase 2C Comprehensive Plan Elements, which are:
* Land Use
* Community Development and Design
* Climate Resilience and Sustainability

On May 29, 2024, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the above-listed Comprehensive Plan elements. Staff will introduce the Commission's recommendations at the Council's July 2 business meeting.

Detailed Planning Commission Report appendices are included as Attachment B. Drafts of these reports were sent to Councilmembers by email in June. The versions in your packet for July 2 are final.
