Hold a public hearing, review and approve a Type V Quasi-Judicial consolidated review permit for development of a 5.82-acre site including a two-story approximately 135,000-square-foot building. The building contains approximately 133,500 square feet of manufacturing and wholesale trade use, and approximately 1,500 square feet of commercial use. Site improvements include a public plaza/open space and landscape screening.
