OUTCOMES:
We are taking steps towards implementing the Teen Center Project. Since the previous update, the following progress has been made:
1. Progressive Design Build Consulting LLC has been selected to serve as the Owner's Representative for the project's Progressive Design-Build (PDB) delivery.
An application has been submitted to the State Project Review Committee seeking approval to use the Progressive Design-Build delivery method. A presentation to the Committee is scheduled for July 24th as the next step in the approval process. Following the presentation, the Committee will determine whether the project may proceed using the PDB delivery method. If authorized, the next step will be procurement of the Design-Build team...
