OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

The Finance Department is preparing for a Study Session to discuss the recently enacted HB 2015 which provides new funding mechanisms for criminal justice programs. A draft presentation is attached for Council review, and feedback is being sought to ensure that the final Study Session presentation is thorough and complete.
The current outline of the presentation is as follows:
