OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
recommendation
The consultant, Otak, has been selected for the Redmond Central Connector Phase III (RCC III, RCC3), Project No. 50021915 from the 9900 block of Willows Road to NE 124th Street. This consultant agreement is for the Design and Property Rights Acquisition phase of the project. Future supplemental agreement(s) would cover the construction phase services, which may include construction engineering, management, and inspection.

Staff is seeking authorization to negotiate and acquire property rights for the project as needed.
