OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
recommendation
The City owns and operates a 4.5-million-gallon water storage tank in SE Redmond. The steel tank was constructed in 1996 and was scheduled for exterior and interior paint recoating. The work included the blast removal of all existing paint surfaces. Additionally, to meet current building code requirements, a seismic upgrade interior structure steel frame system was constructed. The project also included the replacement of new safety railings, support piping and storm gutters.
