Community Facilities District (CFD) 2014-01 was established on July 15, 2014, via Resolution No. 1411 as a partnership between the City of Redmond, Microsoft, and Sound Transit to fund and construct improvements at the Overlake Transit Center (OTC), including a pedestrian bridge over SR 520 and 156th Avenue NE. The Overlake Transit Center has since been renamed the Redmond Technology Station (RTS). A petition has been filed by Microsoft to amend CFD 2014-01 via resolution.
