OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

The Housing and Human Services Action Plan is a five-year action plan that combines and refreshes the City’s current Housing Action Plan and Human Services Strategic Plan. The plan organizes strategies and actions around three complementary goals:
Get and Keep People Housed by strengthening outreach, expanding supportive and affordable housing opportunities, coordinating with regional partners, and investing in homelessness prevention, basic needs, emergency assistance, and services that help households remain stable.
Build More Housing Faster by increasing housing supply, expanding housing choices, preserving affordability, and improving policies that support housing production.
Connect and Strengthen Communities by increasing human service investments, strengthening nonprofit organizational capacity, convening partners, and fostering community connections and well-being.
