III. DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND

A successful 2017-2018 Redmond Innovation Fund Proposal was awarded to install an automatic gate at the service entrance in Farrel-McWhirter Park. The gate will increase security, provide for work efficiencies, and make the entrance accessible and in compliance with American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations. o Puget Sound Energy has agreed to the language in the attached easement.

The area has been cleared to make room for the project and the trench for the electrical has been completed and inspected. The easement needs to be in place for further work to continue....
