III. DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND
The first significant winter storm of 2019 began on Thursday, February 7, and came in three waves over the course of a week, producing an official record of 14.1” of snow. The Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) was activated through February 13, 2019.
This staff report will provide Council with the costs of the storm response and policy issues that arose.

This item is being brought forward for discussion only and does not currently have any anticipated or known impacts.
B. Fiscal Note:
Total cost for the storm response was $278,703. The City will seek reimbursement through FEMA.
