III. DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND
At the September 10, 2019, study session, Council requested that staff prepare a one-page information summary of I-976 and impacts in Redmond (please see Attachment A).

IV. PREVIOUS DISCUSSIONS HELD
At the September 10, 2019, study session, during Council talk time, Council discussed a request for the Council to oppose I-976. Council decided to not take a position and asked staff to prepare a one-page information summary of I-976 and impacts in Redmond.
