I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
recommendation
Approve the final contract amount with Olson Brothers Excavating, Inc. of Puyallup, Washington, for the base bid amount of $485,573.00 plus or minus change orders and bid item increases or decreases, resulting in a final contract amount of $410,686.41 and accept construction of Bear Creek at 95th Street Stream Enhancement Project No. 20021406 as of December 3, 2019.

III. DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND
Project Purpose:
The constructed project provides enhancements for Bear Creek by removing and replacing invasive plant species. Project mitigates previous bridge structural work performed to extend life of the NE 95th St. bridge.

This project provided enhancement for Bear Creek and a diverse stream habitat, project also mitigated for the extended life of NE 95th St. bridge.
