The primary purpose of this project is to rebuild/reinforce the embankment to protect Avondale Road while providing an environmental lift of Bear Creek within the project limits.

Time Constraints:
The Preliminary Design is scheduled to be completed in October and design cannot proceed past 30% until the new agreement is in place.
ANTICIPATED RESULT IF NOT APPROVED:
If approval is not granted the project will stop at 30% design and would not go to final design and construction.
