This agreement is for the purpose of reimbursing the Redmond Police Department for participation in the Registered Sex and Kidnapping Offender Address and Residency Verification Program. The purpose of this program is for face-to-face verification of a registered sex and kidnapping offender’s address at the place of residency as mandated by RCW 9A.44.130.
