CPPs.
The Growth Management Act (GMA) requires counties and cities to collaboratively and periodically review and update the Countywide Planning Policies (CPPs). The Growth Management Planning Council (GMPC) is a formal body of elected officials from jurisdictions throughout the county charged with overseeing the preparation of the CPPs. In King County, the CPPs address growth management within the county and integrate regional and legislative policy changes including those provided through Vision 2050, GMA amendments, and Sound Transit and other regional transit investments. Policies are provided through a series of chapters including:

* Transportation, and
