- This information is intended to provide the Public Safety Committee with a summary of the fire incident that occurred at the Sixty-01 condominium complex on March 12, 2021, and to discuss possible fire code modifications.
- We would like to request consideration to add code language for fire-damaged portions of a structure to be rebuilt with fire sprinklers. We are exploring other considerations for when it would be appropriate to install sprinklers in non-conforming structures.
