Help is available for residents who are at risk of losing their housing due to their inability to pay rent. Staff will share community resources (e.g. rental assistance) for residents who are behind on rent or concerned about being evicted.

In March of 2020, Governor Jay Inslee issued a proclamation establishing a moratorium on evictions due to the major economic impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). The statewide eviction moratorium is scheduled to expire June 30, 2021. Staff has compiled a list of rental assistance resources and free legal advice to help keep people housed.
