OUTCOMES:
The NE 31st Street Connection, 148th Avenue to Overlake Village Pedestrian Bicycle Bridge, project will improve access to the Overlake Village Light Rail Station by connecting 148th Avenue NE to the future Overlake Village Station Bridge in approximately the NE 31st Street alignment. The lowest responsible bid for construction is below the engineer’s estimate.
