OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
recommendation
A ROW vacation petition was submitted by the owner/developer of Aria Flats requesting that the City vacate 1 square foot of Aria Flat's property that encroaches into the public Right-of-Way at the NW corner of Redmond Way and 168th Ave. NE. Aria Flats is a multi-family residential development located at 7705 168th Ave NE and is substantially complete.

At the November 1, 2021, Special Meeting Council approved Resolution 1549 which set the Public Hearing date for December 7, 2021.
