Library Board of Trustees Candidate Interview
OVERVIEW STATEMENT:

There is currently one opening on the Library Board of Trustees, due to the resignation of Clara Yuan.
The press release advertising these vacancies was posted on June 30, 2022, and can be viewed at: News Release: City Accepting Applications for the Library Board of Trustees (govdelivery.com). Five new applications were received and reviewed. The Library Board Chairperson and City Staff interviewed select candidates on August 4, 2022. Alice Zeng was selected move forward, and she was interviewed by Mayor Birney on August 11, 2022.
Staff is requesting Council interview Alice Zeng to fill this opening. The term will expire on March 31, 2026.
