The last quarterly update was December 7, 2021, with focus Downtown Redmond Link Extension (DRLE) Construction Progress. Council quarterly updates for the first half of 2022 were given in conjunction with Council consideration of the NE 60th Street full closure (March) and the Overlake Village Light Rail Station Agreements (April).
OUTCOMES:
Light rail will be the backbone of Redmond's transit network when it opens in 2023 to Overlake and 2024 to Southeast Redmond and Downtown Redmond. It will provide a frequent and reliable mobility choice that connects Redmond to the region.
