On November 2, 2020, the City Council will hold the last of three public hearings on the 2021- 2022 Biennial Budget. These public hearings are required under Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 84.55 and RCW 35.34 allowing the Community to appear and give public testimony on the upcoming budget.
