OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
recommendation
Staff seeks Council's approval to allow an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between City of Kirkland and City of Redmond to allow Kirkland to provide sewer service for an existing single-family home located on Parcel 123750-0460. Approval of the ILA will:

* Authorize sewer service by City of Kirkland to a home located within City of Redmond.

* Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with Kirkland to allow temporary sewer service to the Andrzej property.

* Authorize the Mayor to sign the Utility Service Agreement with the property owner to document requirements associated with the connection.
