I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
recommendation

Award the bid for the Wastewater Pump Station No. 13 Rehabilitation, City Project No. 20021809, to Harbor Pacific Contractors, Inc. of Woodinville, WA for the amount bid of $9,487,500, and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract.

Approve the Supplemental Consultant Agreement No. 1 with BHC Consultants, LLC for construction support services for Wastewater Pump Station No. 13 Replacement in an amount not exceed $479,000 and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreements.

Approve the Supplemental Consultant Agreement No. 1 with OTAK for on call construction management and inspection support services related to wastewater pump stations in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement.

III. DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND

Project Purpose
The City has identified Wastewater Pump Station 13 for rehabilitation as a part of the City Council adopted 2019-2020 Capital Improvement Program.



Project Background
