OUTCOMES:
The 4-year TIS strategy sets the high-level direction for the work TIS will complete, in partnership with other City departments. It represents not only the well-known Big4 projects, but also the strategic guardrails that guide TIS's broader workplans. At the upcoming study session on 12/8/2020, TIS would like to hear any input Council might have on the presented strategy so that we may incorporate it into the final TIS 4 Year Strategic Framework document. The Strategic Framework will cover:
* Alignment with the 21-22 Budget - high-level projects
* Cloud Preferred - on the adoption of Public Cloud services
* Data Informed - how we process, surface, and use City data in decision making
