Staff recommends awarding contract to Redtail, LLC., the low bidder. The bidders' unit prices, extensions, and additions have been checked for accuracy and for unbalanced bid items. References for Redtail, LLC have been contacted and were found to be satisfactory.

OUTCOMES:
The Willows Road Culvert Replacement project will replace the Willows Creek and Gun Club Creek culverts. The replaced culverts will improve flow capacity and fish passage under Willows Road. Both culverts will be funded from a combination of grant and Stormwater CIP funds. The King County Flood Control District (KCFCD) grant will provide partial funding for the construction of the Gun Club Creek culvert. The lowest responsible bid for construction is below engineers estimate, the project is currently on time and on budget.
